Ross Neely

Ross Neely Manager, Government Relations and Public Policy, HR Policy Association

Ross Neely serves as the Manager of Government Relations and Public Policy. Ross supports the Association’s advocacy efforts and provides analysis, writing, and resources on the latest developments on Federal workplace issues. In addition, Ross supports the Association’s Employment & Labor Group and Government Relations programs.

An attorney, Ross has over eight years of policy experience, working in higher education at Indiana University, focused on Cyber Security, Department of Defense, and Name, Image, and Likeness. Most recently, Ross served as a legislative advisor at Eversheds Sutherland. In this role, he engaged with firm clients and policymakers related to state and federal tax legislation. He received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville.
