- Direct the Department of Labor to report when companies move call center jobs overseas;
- Make companies that use overseas call centers "ineligible for Federal grants or guaranteed loans;" and
- Require companies to disclose call center locations to consumers and to give consumers the option to transfer to a domestic call center.

Democratic Senators have asked President Trump to issue an executive order that would prevent the federal government from entering into any contracts with companies that have offshore customer service operations.
