Jobipedia, HR Policy Foundation's rapidly-growing website assisting first time job seekers on their path to meaningful employment, was featured on CollegeRecruiter.com this week in an article about updating resumes. CollegeRecruiter.com is an online job board connecting college students and grads with great careers. The article—8 Resume Writing Tips for That Second Job Search Out of College—offers advice on how to update a resume when seeking a new job or promotion while early in a professional career. Mike McGuiness, Executive Director of Jobipedia, was a featured expert on the topic, along with a recruiter from Hilton Worldwide. McGuiness offered insights based on the answers that Jobipedia contributing hiring experts from 32 companies routinely provide to jobseekers.
