the challenges they raise for employee relations executives, and reviews employee
relations law and practice in the world’s most important labor markets. The program
helps define the role of the international employee relations executive in the context
of minimizing the risk of surprises and driving a business improvement agenda. Those
who successfully complete the course will earn a Global Labor Relations Professional
Certification.
