Educational Resources

HR Policy Association created its specialized training curriculum in direct response to the needs of our member companies. The guiding philosophy in our training programs is to provide experience-driven learning opportunities in areas of strong interest to senior vice presidents of human resources or in areas where the desired training is not currently available.

HR Policy Association’s training programs:

  • are taught from a management perspective;
  • provide timely information, continuously updating material to incorporate current events and new legislation;
  • fully engage participants through interactive learning activities; and
  • encourage dialogue through limited class sizes.
