The primary mission of HR Policy Association is to shape employment policies to reflect the views of HR leaders
as to what is needed to ensure a productive workplace contributing to economic growth that benefits both employers
and their employees. HR Policy seeks to accomplish this goal by providing companies and policymakers with research
and analysis of issues and proposals covering a broad array of topics.
