RHA Communication
Employers that offer RHA have access to an array of standard pre-enrollment, enrollment
and post-enrollment communication materials. Standard communication elements include:
- RHA member website as www.rhagroup.net;
- Brochures;
- Letters; and
- PowerPoint presentations.
These materials have been developed to communicate with key target audiences, including:
- Executives;
- HR and benefits leadership;
- Management and supervisors; and
- Employees and retirees.
All employers have access to the standard RHA communication materials and web site.
Employers that elect to use Accenture also have access to the RHA call center. For
those employers, Accenture will develop a customized web link for the employer with
their specific RHA coverage options and premiums. Printing and fulfillment costs
are included in RHA premiums for employers that offer RHA as their only retiree
medical option.
