As the ranks of seasoned labor relations professionals have declined over the past
fifteen years, the membership of the Association built its own management oriented
labor relations courses described below. These courses can be taken through sessions
sponsored by the Association or conducted on an in-house basis.
As of January 1, 2010, the Association sponsored sessions were undergoing a review
because of changing technologies and the limited travel budgets of corporations
during the economic downturn. All courses listed below are available on an in-house
basis, but the Association sponsored sessions will not be available until this review
is completed, which is scheduled for July 2010.
