JobSTART101 is a free online course to help college students and recent graduates
understand and develop the professional skills they will need to be successful in
the workplace. Designed with input from the largest employers in America, topics
range from communicating and problem solving to developing a professional persona
for long-term career advancement.
JobSTART 101 was created by the Business Roundtable and HR Policy Association in an effort to give young adults a head-start on learning the skills their future employers will be looking for, and thereby ease their transition from college into the workforce.
