I’m not surprised by the jobs report. It just says that there is no silver bullet here. I’m a member of the board of the HR Policy Association, which comprises about 325 of the private sector employers here in the U.S. and they represent about nine percent of private sector employment. We just issued a report a couple weeks ago with very specific recommendations for how we can reignite hiring in the U.S., and frankly be more competitive globally.
