The CHRO Academy was established by the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR) Foundation for HR executives holding their first top HR position and those who have recently changed CHRO roles with a new employer or have a new CEO. The program is facilitated by Fellows of the NAHR (Fellows are current and retired CHROs, academic and association professionals who are recognized as Fellows for their distinction and professional achievement in the human resources profession). The purpose of the program is to allow top HR executives to network with their peers, dive into topics key to their success, benefit from the perspective of senior HR leaders (the faculty to student ratio is 1:1 to allow maximum interaction and learning with Fellows who are the top HR professionals in the country/globe.)
