Ani Huang
Vice President, Compensation Practice and Research
Center On Executive Compensation

Ani Huang is Vice President, Compensation Practice and Research for the Center On Executive Compensation, a Washington, DC-based research and advocacy organization dedicated to providing a reasoned perspective on executive compensation. Ani is responsible for developing best practice reports and engaging with Subscribers and our working groups on issues such as pay for performance and proxy advisory firm practices. The Center is a division of the HR Policy Association, which represents the Chief Human Resource Officers of over 300 of the leading companies, and all of the Center’s Subscribers are HR Policy Members.

Before joining the Center, Ani served as the Vice President of Global Compensation and Benefits for HR Policy Member and Center Subscriber Global Payments Inc. She has nearly a decade of experience in compensation and human resources, including five years with Deutsche Bank A.G. in New York and Tokyo. She is a graduate of Stanford University.
