Colleen McHugh
Executive Vice President, Health Care Policy Roundtable LLC

Colleen McHugh is Executive Vice President, Health Care Initiatives for the Health Care Policy Roundtable LLC. Colleen is responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of strategies to promote health care market reforms and programs to address the needs of employers, employees and retirees on behalf of the Association's Health Care Policy Roundtable. In this capacity, Colleen is responsible for supporting both the ongoing development and management of the Association's Retiree Health Access Coalition. She is also helping to support the Association's Pharmaceutical Coalition.

Colleen has more than 25 years of insurance industry benefits experience. Immediately prior to joining the Roundtable, Colleen served as the National Head of Sales for Aetna's Group Medicare Segment where she was responsible for strategy development and marketing of the carrier's retiree solutions for large employers. She held prior roles in sales, operations and marketing in other benefit specialties, including annuities and pensions.

Colleen is a graduate of the Teikyo Post University.
