Principal CHRO Concerns

Each year, the association surveys its membership on a broad range of subjects to identify the key human resource challenges facing large employers as they seek to align their company's HR programs to support the organization's business strategies. The issues identified by the annual survey become the foundation of the association's action agenda for the year. As part of the survey each year, we ask the membership to identify the issues of most concern to them as the chief human resource officer of a major corporation.
